Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products (e.g., spoiled cannabis or incorrect items) within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at mocannaofallon@gmail.com or call 636-378-6656 with your order number and a description/photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days of return approval.
Return Process
Return the defective product to 9027 Veterans Memorial Pkwy or arrange for pickup (if applicable). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we provide a prepaid label.
Products must be unused (except to identify the defect) and in original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used products (unless defective) and products damaged due to customer misuse.
Missouri Tax Credits
Per Missouri law, we may issue tax credits for returned items where sales tax was paid.
